[Public-List] Rudder construction (esp. Michael Grosh)

A30 219's rudder and post is as per the drawing, as in #220. I always
thought it was bronze, but it might be naval brass. I wouldn't worry too
much--its known problems are fixable, and it has worked very well for 30
odd years. If I could just get a car to last that long............
