Sorry, when I mentioned the Star mains I only meant that finding a suitable main is more difficult because you have to wade through the list of Star mains on the Bacon site.

The Star rig is completely dissimilar to the Alberg rig, there's the bendier mast, the much greater rake, the difference in construction (Star mains don't have near the service life of Alberg mains), etc., I think you'd have better success looking for something from a boat more like ours.? Check Scott sails also, they are very reasonably priced.? I think they are listed on eBay.
