You might look up Dan Walker on this list.  He has converted his Grey Marine to a very nice inboard electric set-up on his Alberg 30 # 154.  I think that he actually had a net weight savings of some 40#'s or so. Dan are you there?

I'm researching electric power for Privateer, my Whitby Continental 
Folkboat. She was never pierced for an Atomic 4. This would be an 
installation as opposed to a conversion.   I would like to bounce some ideas
