Yes to question #1.

On #2: Because I felt that 20 HP was more than necessary given my operating
profile (2 blade prop, minimal motoring), and that 16 would suffice.
Truthfully, the salesman (stanley) suggested that the 13.5 would actually be
sufficient, but I went with the 16.

I have been very happy with the motor and think the boat has plenty of power
after 2 seasons of use.

Many people have discussed the question of how much HP is necessary on this
list. There are a lot of opinions. Mine is that 16 hp is plenty.
