Rod,

Do a dollop of bleach in a liter spray bottle then add
water... you will need atleast 2-3 liters when done but .. then spray the
top of the cabin, return to your starting place & wipe off with paper
towels. This should do it with one pass if not ... go again on the tough
spots. Do nothing more! This should last for 2-3 seasons. I am in
Annapolis & did this back in 2003 & it lasted till winter 2006 ...
reapplied in 2007 & this spring it is still pristine.
No fancy
chemicals just household bleach.
