Well it looks like the weather gods are going to let us move in the AM.  The idea is to leave at "0 dark thirty".  There are 20 boats that have been waiting here.  I understand that there are a lot of others waiting in the Canal and at both ends of the other route south, along with about 40 in the Norfolk area.  Tomorrow night we should be at anchor off of Hertford, NC.

A positive note for southbound travelers er didn't see any "No overnight docking" signs at the public piers in Portsmouth.
