[Public-List] toe rail leak question

This is a two part question:  anybody have any advice for 1) reseating toe rail bolts that are leaking and 2) leak-proofing the toe rail?  I have heard alot about NOT removing the toe rail and instead, using a dremel to cut a small groove on either side of the rail, then caulking on either side.  Any adice? Brian CurryMakai 151Tampa
