[Public-List] Purchase/Survey Advice

Many insurance companies will want to see a survey to insure the boat. So I'm that sense you need a licensed person.

Having said that mine was useless. Mike Lehman or a few others on the list can provide the same detail AND discuss cures, level of effort, etc.
