Michael,I am not considering a wind generator for two reasons:
1 at my advanced age it is not worth the financial outlay
 2 I have a lot of  weight hanging on the stern already,outboard,wind 
steering vane,propane tank etc.
I like West Marine but in my opinion they are overpriced,even by marine 
standards. Ebay has some good bargains and I can have them delivered to my 
home address in the U.K.Have a look at Ebay U.K.and you will see what I mean
