John,

I have been told by 2 mechanics it should be done in the water. A related
question for me is, if the boat has been out of the water resting on the
keel for several years (in my case, seven years [OK, so it hasn't been the
fastest A30 restoration]), does it need to stay in the water longer before
aligning the engine and, if so, how long?

Subject: [Public-List] Engine Alignment

Is it necessary to align the engine on an Alberg 30 in the water or can it
be done in the cradle?
