Hi there David - 

Short of building a steel or heavy timber gantry that is capable of approx
five tons load over the boat... I think you will need a crane.  A boom truck
won't do it.

The good news is that a 1/2 day crane hire will cost you a lot less than the
massive structure you would otherwise have to build!
