[Public-List] Removing antifouling paint

I have a Sandvik carbide scrapper that served me many years doing the wooden
boat and one big scrape down of SURPRISE when I first got her.

Be careful.  I was overzealous and discovered too late that I was nicely
removing the barrier epoxy coat the prev owner had at great cost applied...
