[Public-List] licensing boat drivers

I assume the fact that I was for years a USCG-licensed captain, 100 
tons, (coastwise) sail and power with towing endorsement, should qualify 
me...  Or do I need a New Jersey license?

    If this becomes common, what we will need is a Virginia/Maryland 
etc. license.  Under the U.S. Constitution states are required to give 
full faith & credit to all other states' contracts, licenses, etc.
