[Public-List] Automatic Bilge Pump

I have a setup something like that; I wouldn't use a y 
valve, though. I use a ball valve-with that and the sea 
cock I feel I have a much more robust arrangement. The 
whole suction side funnels into a Groco basket type sea 
strainer. The Jabsco impellors definately do not like to 
eat junk.

I just use the bilge line for winterisation;I have never 
had the need to use it as a bilge pump. Knock on wood.
