Try APS in Annapolis.  They catalogue the greatest variety of blocks that I have seen.

Subject: [Public-List] wire block head for wire topping lift

I was hauled up to the top of my mast last week in a bosun's chair to replace my wire topping lift block.  I found that my replacement Harken #320 1.5 inch Wire Block with Ferrule Head (680kg working load) was too big to fit the anglre between the mast and the backstay.  I "patched" and lubed the original one as a temporary measure.  But I consider having a strong topping lift a safety matter.

Would anyone have any suggestions for sourcing a smaller wire block? The o.d. of the original block's sheave is 1.25".

Many thanks,

David
