[Public-List] Mast Steps

Hi Matthew,

We have mast steps installed on Kilwinning #446.  Ours are fixed and not
folding.  They are really helpful for getting up the mast, but also often
foul the halyards.  The folding ones are the answer although we chose fixed
probably because of the lower cost??
