[Public-List] loose casting on propeller shaft at end of keel

That is the cutless bearing housing. There should be a bunch of past 
posts in the archives on the subject.

Basically, removing the two bolts allows the assembly to be unscrewed 
from the packing gland assembly inside the boat-that is held in place 
with a bunch of silicone/bedding compound/???.
