[Public-List] used inflaitables

Hi Albergers,
 
I have a neighbor who is also a sailor (imagine, 2 sailors on the same
street in Pittsburgh) and, upon noticing my 6HP outboard in the garage,
suggested we go partners on a used inflatable, his boat, my motor.   We
could tool around on the rivers and it might work for a tender for good old
148.   
 
Turns out I am taking the family sailing over July 4th weekend in the
Chesapeake Bay (rented a Bristol 31) and we have time on Wednesday
afternoon, July 1 to look at boats in the Annapolis / Severna Park area.
Can anyone please suggest A) other sources I might investigate and B) things
I should look for when "kicking the tires" of an inflatable.  We found a
1997, 11' Apex on Craig's List
