Hi John.  The dimensions for a spinnaker are on page 35 of the 
Chesapeake Bay Alberg 30 One-Design Association 2009 handbook.

Luff & Leech - Measure to underside of swivel 35 ft. 6 in.
Maximum girth at any point - 19 ft. 4 in
