I will second the Kittiwake 23.   Besides the A30, I also have a 
Kittiwake 23 which I refer to as an Alberg Junior.  Sails beautifully, 
but the cabin space is limited and finding one that does not need a full 
cabin restoration may be difficult.  It moves along very easily with a 
3.5 hp short shaft, it the boat has the engine well.  It can also be 
trailered between long termed (read multiple days) sailing areas without 
much difficulty.
