[Public-List] Public-List Digest, Vol 1881, Issue 1-- engine replacement

I install a Beta 16, some engine bed work to make it fit and the engine
control cables are difficult to install in the correct moving position as
the motor is from England -- still the space is tight so thought on water
strainer and Racor fuel filter should not be taken lightly
engine parts are cheaper as u can buy from a Kabota dealer (ie Kooy
brothers)
Over all the motor is reliable and easy to service everything except the
transmission is up front, the built in oil pump is a plus
Received good advice from Stanly for engine size prop shaft etc.
