[Public-List] Topping Lift Connection At Boom

There is a bolt securing a stainless strapping on the boom end where the topping lift attaches too.  I am fairly sure that to remove the bolt the cast fitting on the boom end (secured by rivets) has to be removed.  Could someone please confirm that this is the case.
