[Public-List] winch upgrade

Both companies supply electric drives - it's just a matter of writing the
big cheque!   I think when I have looked into this for other people I have
found it does not cost much more to buy new winches with electric drives
than to retro-fit the drives to existing winches. (although theoretically it
is possible to do the later)
