[Public-List] Loose footed mainsail question

I have a loose foot main sail, I find it sets better on the lower 1/3rd
but have not noticed any improvement with performance.  I have found that
it sets easier when easing the outhaul when off the wind.  Note it is not
legal when class racing but is for PHRF.
