[Public-List] Spinnaker Pole

when I was racing on the bay of Quinte a few years ago PHRF rules stated
that the whisker pole could be no longer than 0.6xLP for the largest
headsail carried.  My understanding now is that this requirement has been
eliminated for white sail.
