[Public-List] Interior Wood Mildew

Hello All,

I too have had to wash the interior wood repeatedly with bleach and/or TSP
since moving to NC. Usually  during spring clean up when the Boat has been
closed up for Dec - Feb. Before moving south  I would use teak oil on the
wood, for a beautiful patina.  I thought the teak oil might be
encouraging mildew growth.  Any thoughts or suggestions.
