[Public-List] Hand rails/Leaks in the Hull Deck Joint

Hi Bob - 

Hand rails are on the cabin top .... I think the job you are describing
below is for toe rails along the shear of the boat.  I have to do that job
too.   The hand rails are a different kettle of fish - much simpler!
