Mike,

New partner Dan Marks does a lot of business in DC & Baltimore; the plan is
work out the bugs this season in Da Burgh then to go to Da Bay next season
so he can save on hotel bills; so, if you see a dark blue A30 sailing
erratically, be sure to say hello.  

Any recommendations for all season marinas between Annapolis and Baltimore?
I seem to recall you live near one I visited to work on a friend's Morgan
41' (not the "Out Island" model).  Might be asking too much (or be too
expensive) but a pool and tennis court(s) would desirable.
