[Public-List] Nav light replacement

I am looking for suggestions on how to best replace the navigation lights on #439.
I have an all-LED boat at the moment, and wonder what people have used to replace the bulbs in the standard deck fixtures. I figure the old glass/plastic is toast.
I need to replace the starboard and port deck lights and the stern light. I have no idea where the stern light mounts ... it is one of the few mysteries I could not figure out when putting her back together. I have a new LED anchor light with automatic light sensor that turns it off during daylight hours.
Have you replaced your nav lights recently? What did you do?
