Snap-On Tools sells a set of extractors [the best ] and the best part is .....  the set of corresponding drills that comes with it are also left-handed.  The beauty of this is that you use your drill in reverse to make the hole for the extractor and sometimes you get really lucky and the drilling vibration and heat loosens the broken bolt and it backs out of the hole gripped to the end of your drill bit.
But only if you are a truly virtuous and deserving person  (-:
