I've cobbled together my own, with just some line and a couple of small 
blocks mounted on the mast about 2/3s up. Were I to do it over, I would 
mount the blocks under the spreaders. I don't need the lazy jacks up 
higher, and the halyards sometimes catch on those blocks.
