[Public-List] Vetus water tank question

just bought a 16 gal Vetus flexible water tank.  I plan on installing it under the port settee and am wondering how high off the hull should I attach the corner grommets of the tank to the bulkheads?  

apparently the tank fills up like a pillow, which means the corners must raise up as the tank is filled, but do they contract towards the center also??
