[Public-List] Rudder Hardware

While sailing in Galveston Bay a few weeks ago we lost steerage on "Cordelia" hull #340. Long story short, we have lost the rudder shoe and Gudgeon. 

She is on the hard for repair and I am looking for replacement hardware if available. Could anyone offer a suggestion as  to where I might find suitable replacements?
