[Public-List] Mast Sheave Washers

thanks mike.
do you have these washers on your bolt thru the sheave? mast was down when
i got the boat - re-wired it and took the sheave out for inspection we
installed them between the sheave and the plates, really lessened the
friction on the the sheave, doesn't seem to be too much room for the
halyard to jump off, BUT......  i will defer to those who've gone before
me. Want to get this right before stepping the mast.
