[Public-List] Tiller head assembly

mine was beat up also.  eventually part of it broke off due to metal fatigue in the casting where it clamps down around the shaft.    I replaced with an Edison  and haven't had any problems with it since. This is a critical piece and just isn't worth messing with worn out parts.
