[Public-List] Winch grease recommendation

hello all, 

I've been rebuilding my Barrient winches and am wondering what grease to use on the roller bearings before re-assembly.    A couple of comments on online cruising forums said to use Teflon grease, yet another comment advised against Teflon.  someone else likes grease used in food service equipment, whatever that is...  I am leaning toward Lubriplate, if I can find it.  

any recommendations?
