It is the CBAA Vice Commodore who will edit the Handbook. Inputs are generally reguired in Feb of the year of publication.

I assume that someone approves what is to be printed in the CBAA Annual Handbook. Who is that someone? This way I can have the official go ahead that the information I gather will be edited and printed in the Handbook. If you can point me in the right direction I will present this proposal myself.
