There used to be a site associated with Joshua Slocum Society ? -that listed
all of the solo circumnavigations, but I haven't checked for a while and
last time there was something about it going off line for lack of support -
definitely a service to the community of sailing -

I could be wrong but I think they had a definition of what was involved to
qualify-
