That is what stopped me too I suppose. The fact that I couldn't access image hosting services from work, to put up anything as I finished steps or had questions. so I wasn't sure what to do next. I was able to get images up once. Ithink George uploaded them. I tried to find a solution so I could post on my own the next time and then couldn't. At any rate, my sealant is almost cured so
I'd best get back to work if I'm too have the new chain plates in before the rain hits tonight.

The thing that constantly amuses me is how, after someone expresses a
problem and various solutions are proposed, inevetibly the initial person
almost always resolves the problem with his first instinct. I guess there
are so many solutions to specific problems support for that initial
instinct can always be found.
Another observation expressed on another listserv is by the time a thread
has been responded to by about 7 times, the thread is played out. I have
found that to be mostly true, which again makes me question the real value
of an open forum.
I take your point about the difficulty of searching the archive. I did the
mast beam wiki, editing past posts, and it was time consuming. I wrote the
difficulty off to my ineptitude on things wiki, or perhaps computer in
general.
