[Public-List] Jib tack shackle

Hi,

We were pounding to windward the other day and things started to
break. I'm going to post these in two separate e-mails to keep
the threads straight.

I have hank on jibs. The shackle holding down the tack of the jib snapped.
I replaced it with a few lashings of high-tech Amsteel line.
Based on the markings on the broken shackle, it was the one on the bottom
left of the first page of this document:

Were these standard on Alberg 30s?
Does anybody else have one?
If not, does anybody have a recommendation about a suitable
replacement?
