[Public-List] Tank #2 Issue is resolved

Oh no problem.... I was on my own path ahead of the exchanges here. The
reason I'd checked direct fuel flow was because I'd convinced myself that
the fuel was OK thinking if it was watery, I'd have to do a carb clean to
make it work again. Apparently the A4 can digest almost pure water.

I'm glad others found this interesting. For my part, I've relearned the
lesson my MG taught me..."try all the simple and easy stuff before you look
to more complex issues."

Gord,

Sorry I sent you down the selector switch path. I thought that the

Thanks for keeping us informed. We all

Hello gang.

It transpires that the filler hose had come detached from

Every time there was water on the deck, some went around the

the boat...and some of that water went into the tank.

As usual with such issues, there wasn¹t one

masking the ones behind. ?The first indication

That success fixated me on air embolisms being #2¹s issue, but

to be a separate issue.

The only problem now is that tank 2,

heavy something I never have unless

night....

Well I guess there¹s
