[Public-List] Anyone have any history on Hull 449 they could share before I go and look at it this evening?

The current owner has only had it for a couple of years and the work that
has been done was by the previous owner. It looks like he put some dollars
and love into it from the pics, anyone know the previous owner that could
provide some insight into history/condition?
