[Public-List] Mast base

Looks like mine broke from someone over tightening the bolts with very thin
washer... ( not washers,). I've washed vee'd basically acting as a wedge
and broke the ears off. I never noticed it until I pulled mast.
When I made new one I put new holes in base plate that allowed mast to move
forward over beam a bit more and used much thicker washers...hopefully this
base plate will last 40 years.
