Hey Jonathan,

Your cockpit hatches look great.  How are they made?  Mine are failing for the second or third time now,  so now I need to build new ones, and would like to go with all wood hatches maybe... But staying with the existing dimensions of the locker openings. ( I have the original teak slats laid over 1/2" plywood - piano hinges screwed into the edge strip.
