I don't see how yearly repacking will correct glue failure. My company
repacks all brands (and it is quite an operation) but I believe it is all
for inspection and replacement of stores (1/3 yearly; the stuff has a 3
year life cycle). I know they condemned my Dad's after it had sat around
for years (sheltered too). It's available.
