[Public-List] Reversing

Hello all,
I own an Alberg 30, based on the St Lawrence River near Quebec. Although I've sailed her for many years now, she and I don't seem to agree on things when reversing. This makes leaving my slip problematic.
I know this is a weakness of long-keeled boats but I'm hoping this forum has some suggestions that will help. Or am I alone?
