Try these people.
I bought 1/2" wide flat rubber gasket material from them in June to renew my hatch gaskets. It works great. Its hollow in the center and compresses against the lip of the hatch coaming when the hatch closes- forms a water tight seal. Also has an adhesive tape on one side. Around 45 cents/foot if I remember correctly.
