[Public-List] Jyb track location on foredeck

Hrmmm, I do have those movable eyes out on the toe rail that aren't
doing anything other than "attachment point for spring lines" at
present; I should rig the vang bottoms to shoe this season, and see how
the boat likes it... (maybe keep the inboard tracks for attaching spring
lines for now)
