Chris,
 That's a pretty good list, but you seem to share my philosophy that sailing has priority once the boat is safe to operate. I keep  a list like that (that keeps growing) that includes cost estimate , labor estimate, materials required,  and priority. Some things you can tackle by bringing the materials on a cruise, some you can do at the dock when there's no wind.  Taking the boat out  with the intention of getting all that done at  once will mean at  least one and possibly two seasons of sailing missed. 

The critical elements are through-hulls and standing rigging . These need to be examined critically before launching and operating the boat, respectively. If your rudder is questionable that can be critical too.

Hi I have hull 162 and doing a lot of work to it wish it was over so I could get back to sailing. I am having a problems cleaning the decks and cockpit a lot of stains. The whole boat really needs to be painted but that will have to wait. Projects so far completed  and half way done. All new thru hauls,exhaust , hoses, all bright work scraped sanded, mast beam reinforced, new rigging, rewired mast, all new led running lights,fixed pintals and grunions?rudder, sails worked on, new roller furling,rewired motor,threshold companionway,battery cables probably some more stuff but forgot. If anyone has any suggestion on projects let me know. And a big thanks to Mike Lehman for all the advice and putting up with all the questions.
