    I have a single axle trailer for Albergs (up to 37’s) and can discuss the details off line.  It is a 45 foot single drop gooseneck on air so smooth ride for the boat. Regardless of trailer size, you will need a class A driver’s license to drive it because of the weight that you will be towing, that is the same driver’s license as for a tractor trailer.     One other thing that has not been mentioned for your list of “must do” jobs is to make sure the chainplate bolts are bigger than 1/4”, and from your plans probably should be 3/8”.
